Montessoridays™ Mosaics Drill Set

🔩 Build a picture one little fastening at a time.

The Montessoridays™ Mosaics Drill Set combines a toy drill, screws and construction pieces in a 205-piece activity. Children can fasten a pattern, undo a connection and change the design, bringing a workshop action to creative mosaic play.

Montessoridays™ Mosaics Drill Set — play and product details

🖐️ Show one connection before opening the whole kit.

Choose a piece and demonstrate how the tool is used with the supplied components. Help your child steady the work surface and give them time to try the movement. A small section is a good beginning before planning a larger construction.

Montessoridays™ Mosaics Drill Set — play and product details

🎨 Let the next piece follow their idea.

Colours and components can become a pattern or an imaginary model. Ask what your child wants to make and help identify the parts they need. The arrangement can change during the build; there is no requirement to commit to the first idea.

🔧 Taking it apart belongs to the process.

Undoing a fastening makes space for a new position. Let your child observe what holds the structure together and what happens when a part is removed. A revision is a practical step in building, not a sign that the activity went wrong.

🧰 Choose the workshop setup that suits you.

Brown and Yellow options are available, with additional versions that include a storage bag. The ABS-plastic kit is intended for ages three and up; the toy drill uses AA batteries, not included. Follow the supplied battery directions, supervise the tool and small pieces, and gather the components together after the final construction is admired.

Why Buy Montessori?

🔩 Fastening makes a connection visible.

The child can see which parts hold an arrangement together. Ask your child what picture or structure they want to make before adding pieces. Choosing and securing each part makes the plan visible. A changed screw position is a practical way to revise the design, giving their own decisions a lasting place in the creation.

🖐️ Steadying and operating work together.

Both hands have roles in completing the task. A small design gives the next piece a purpose.

🌱 Revision is built into the activity.

Connections can be undone when an idea changes. Gathering the components keeps the workshop manageable. Fasten a short section of a mosaic and compare its shape with the intended pattern. The tool action gives each placement a practical finish. An adult can guide appropriate handling while the child decides which supplied piece belongs in the next position.
Why Kids Love It?

🔧 A toy tool adds a workshop feeling.

The fastening action becomes part of pretend building. There is a busy little building job behind every part of the picture. They can choose the colours and proudly show where their own idea took shape.

🎨 The design can be their own.

Colours and pieces can follow their imagination. The next attempt does not have to repeat the first.

💛 Their finished project gets attention.

Invite the builder to show you its best detail. Their picture is built with connections they helped fasten. Undoing a section makes a different arrangement possible, so a new idea can change the mosaic instead of needing an entirely new activity.

Bought this set for my 3 year old granddaughter. Turned out to be an excellent kit for my daugher and her daugher to play together. The electric driver is safe and turns slowly.

Great tool set

My kids absolutely love this! The little box it comes with is super convenient to hold all the little pieces. A lot of good variety, a little hard my 5 year old to do it all on her own but with practice has already gotten better at using the tools with little help. Definitely recommend!

No instructions

Great toy for my 3 1/2 year-old grandson. However there’s no instruction booklet to give ideas on how to make the puzzles that are photographed on the box. And no web site to investigate how to build these things either. Big fail.

Good investment

Nice product. Good for a 5 year old . Should have more nuts though, not enough to really build anything very large.

Would Recommend

Great Easter present from the Easter bunny as part of his egg hunt in the woods behind our home. A decent, imaginative, creative, brain building activity.

Our Grands Approve!

This engaged three grands from ages 5, 7 and even 9! They love using the drill to screw and unscrew and each child, in turn, was fully engaged in building their own creations.

Love this!

I bought this set for my grandchildren to use while they're at my house. I love the fact that there are so many different things for them to explore while using this. We started by letting them play with the pictures and the pegs. Then we added flat shapes and the screws and screwdriver. Now they're beginning to construct things using the drill. I love the fact that it's so versatile!

4 stars review

I bought this for 5 year old boy and he spends time for 4 hours. I would like to give 5 star but for the 3D building, it is loose for the bolt to attach the model and it is too small to see pictures on the reference book. Overall it is good gift to play with yours kids.

Good gift

The drill set is described as for 3-10 years of age. My grandson liked the gift, but I feel that it should be listed for 4 and up. He’s still a little young for this set. However, good quality and would recommend.

Kid loved it but ...

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and liked it enough to purchase a second as a gift. My 2yr4mo daughter truly loved it. She doesn’t understand all of the concepts like matching the correct colt color to the picture to she enjoys ******** parts together with her fingers. My only complaint was that the hex nuts don’t stay tight on the screws/plates so the item that you’re creating easily loosens apart. Maybe this is just a flaw with mine?? Also the drill doesn’t fit inside of the box set since the box has prefixed compartments. I would have liked to keep it all together in one container.
