Montessoridays™ Summer Friends Wooden Puzzles · 6 Pack

🧩 Six little puzzles. Six chances to say “I did it!”

The Montessoridays™ Summer Friends Wooden Puzzles give your child a collection of colourful animal pictures to take apart and build again. Each compact wooden board creates a clear place to begin, with a finished picture to discover through looking, turning and trying.

👀 Start with one friendly picture.

Offer a single puzzle instead of tipping all six onto the table. Look at the colours and outlines together, remove a piece and pause. Your child may recognise the space immediately or need several attempts to find the right direction; both are part of working with a puzzle.

🖐️ A small turn can change the answer.

Let your child hold and rotate a piece before helping. An edge that does not line up offers useful information. Demonstrate slowly if needed, then give the next attempt back to them so the final placement feels like their own discovery.

🐾 The picture can begin a conversation.

Once an animal is complete, describe its colours, make up a short story or invite your child to choose the next board. You can return to a familiar favourite or introduce another puzzle when they are ready for a different picture.

👜 Bring a manageable activity along.

Each board measures 15 × 15 × 1.2 cm, making one or two easy to include in a play bag for a table-based activity away from home. The set is intended for ages two and up. Keep the pieces together and supervise play, then rebuild the boards at tidy-up time so they are ready for the next little success.

Why Buy Montessori?

👀 Shape and colour guide a decision.

The child has visible clues to use while finding the next piece. Offer one puzzle and look together for a detail that could guide the next piece. Let the child test the fit instead of naming every answer. A completed animal gives the activity a satisfying finish and a character to talk about afterward.

🖐️ Turning is part of solving.

Rotating and placing pieces gives hand movements a clear aim. You can introduce the collection gradually rather than presenting everything at once.

🧩 The fit offers feedback.

A piece that does not line up invites another attempt. A little patience from an adult leaves room for an independently finished picture. Choose one animal puzzle and look for a distinctive colour or outline before placing a piece. Turning it provides another way to test the fit. A completed small picture is a useful stopping point before bringing out another puzzle from the pack.
Why Kids Love It?

🐾 Friendly pictures come back together.

Their placements reveal a colourful animal. A friendly animal appears piece by piece. Once it is finished, they can give it a name or choose which creature should join it next.

🧩 A familiar favourite is ready to repeat.

They can choose the board they want to master again. Finding that place brings a small moment of satisfaction.

💬 The finished animal can have a story.

Invite them to tell you where it is going next. A familiar creature appears as the pieces come together. They can show you the finished animal, give it a name and decide which friend from the collection they would like to discover next.

“Great for Little Travelers”

We brought these on a plane for our 2-year-old and they were a lifesaver! Only gave 4 stars because we lost one piece during the trip—wish there was a storage bag included.

“Sturdy and Adorable”

I was surprised how sturdy these are. My toddler isn’t exactly gentle with his toys, but these puzzles can take a beating. He loves the police car puzzle the most!

“Lovely Learning Toy”

Really nice puzzles. My daughter enjoys figuring them out on her own and it’s great to see her thinking and learning while having fun. I gave 4 stars only because one piece had a tiny paint smudge—but nothing major.
