Montessoridays™ Cat Wooden Fishing Game

This was a great buy. My 2 year old Grandson loves this Fishing set. The magnetics on the two fishing poles are strong and easy to use. The wooden colored fish are easy to remove up and out with the fishing poles and with a flick of the wrist, we were able to put the caught ones aside. After fishing a couple of times, we decided to pick them up with the fishing poles and returning them back into the cat, again with the flick of the wrist and landing them back into their slots. After we finish playing, we boxed our game back into its box and placed the game up and away for safe keeping.
I would buy this again to give as gifts!

This is very nice & solidly made. So cute & the painted colors are beautiful. 2 year old loves fishing for the color requested. Magnets are very strong. Like that there are two fishing poles so her 5 year old sister plays with her. It would be nice to have little grasps on the side to hold the poles for storage. I recommend!

My 17 month old loves this. It kept her occupied solely with this for about 30 minutes (if you have a toddler you know that this is a long time to hold their attention). After this she would carry it around and swap between this and her other items.
The quality is good— made of real wood and the magnets are strong enough for the fishing lines to catch with ease. I love that this is a compact dynamic toy with lots of fun colors.

Smaller than I expected but it looks like it would be fun. I haven't given it to my grandchildren yet. I have a toy box at my house for them. I wish the entire toy was painted and not just the fish, having said that those colors are bright. Should be easy to use.I got it on a flash deal so we'll see how it works.

My little ones love this toy but it is much smaller than I thought it would be. They keep losing all the fish :(

My granddaughter loves playing go fish. She'll be 2 this month and this is her game! The fish are cute and a great size. The poles need a little parental oversight but she's a little younger than the age group this is for. Lots of fun and reminds me of the quality toys from the old days.

THIS fishing game is superior to others on the market, especially for 18-36 month age group. Terrific for working on hand-eye coordination & fine motor skills while keeping the toddlers engaged with the brightly colored fish & the magnetic action of the “fishing pole” & the top of the fish where they are “caught” as the magnets attract. Mildly concerned that the “fishing pole” has its magnet attached to the bottom of a fairly thick string which is then attached on the opposite end to a small wooden dowel. While the construction in & of itself, is not necessarily any cause for concern, it’s the tendency of the toddlers to swing the poles around & around over their heads like mini helicopters, that makes me take a pause. But, with proper supervision this concern should be alleviated.

My granddaughter is 2 and has so much fun with this toy. The size is great, she can move it around with ease. She loves the colors and of course has picked the girly ones as ‘hers’. The concept of using a magnetic fishing pole requires focus and concentration. At times she will just use her hands to attach the magnet to a fish. Fine with me…there are no limitations as to how to play with it and use creativity, which by the way incudes even the box it came in.

My 19 month old grand daughter spent hours playing with it. She was able to understand quickly the use of the fishing poles. I think it's made very well that it will withstand any age toddler

This is perfect, I was looking for this game but didn't want it to make that annoying noise that the other ones use. This one doesn't move so it's easy for my 2 year old to use and doesn't get frustrated while still working on fine motor skills.

I bought this for my 4 year old and 2 year old grandchildren . They both were entertained . The magnetic poles to fish were strong . Many pieces so a carrying case would have been nice .

Although it is super cute, my granddaughter (21 months) did get bored with it pretty fast. But giving it 5 stars because of cuteness and quality!

My kid loves these! He gets so focused and concentrates well when he plays with these! He loves fishing so that’s a plus :) i like that I can also play with him and he is able to figure out how it works on his own while learning.

Sturdy construction and great for fine motor skills, and concentration. I would love to find this is the correct review for tiloly mini garden as I was unable to find the exact item I received at my baby shower, as a gift!

I bought 2 of these for gifts. Very well made and the kids are having so much fun with them.

This is such a fun way to practice fine motor skills as well as hand eye coordination with children! Love that the fish are nice and bulky at the top making them ideal for children to pinch!

Good quality wooden toy. Fun and educational with subtle bright colors. This toy teach kids counting, colors, and improves motor skills.

I am back again to give a review of this amazing find. This review wasa for the 2nd one I bought as a gift. The first was for my grandaughter who has been playing with it since 18 mos. She is 27mos now and still loves this thing. Ashe can play alone or with someone. It's fun for counting, colors, etc. I will gift this to all toddlers from now on.

Got this for my one+ year old and it's one of the few toys she actually enjoys playing with over and over. Well made, great colors.

My 2 year old loves this toy. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the quality is! All of the pieces have been dropped several times and have held up.
