Montessoridays™ Wooden Drawing Templates · 20 Pieces

✍️ A simple outline can start a wonderful picture.

The Montessoridays™ Wooden Drawing Templates give children twenty pieces for exploring guided marks and pattern-making. Pair the set with suitable paper and drawing tools, and let an outline become the beginning of something your child wants to create.

🖐️ Hold the template, then follow its shape.

An adult can demonstrate how to steady a piece while moving a suitable pencil or crayon around the intended drawing edge. Begin with a manageable section and let your child try. Keeping one hand still while the other moves gives the activity a clear coordination task.

🎨 Move the template and make another mark.

A repeated shape can become a border, a row or part of a larger picture. Changing the position or direction creates a different arrangement with the same piece. Leave space for the child to decide which pattern comes next.

💬 The outline does not have to finish the story.

After tracing, invite colours or freehand details if your child wants to add them. A guided form can become a starting point for imagination rather than a picture that has to remain exactly as it began.

💛 Keep a favourite idea ready to revisit.

The wooden twenty-piece set is intended for ages three and up. Supervise drawing tools and template use, work on a stable surface and gather the pieces after the activity. One carefully followed outline can be a satisfying first session, with plenty of arrangements left for another day.
