How do I choose a toy for my child?
Start with your child’s age, then follow their interests—building, drawing, matching or making music. Check each product’s age guidance and play details, and choose a manageable challenge you can explore together.
What does Montessori-inspired mean?
Our Montessori-inspired approach makes room for hands-on discovery, choices and repeated practice. The activities vary by toy: children might arrange a picture, try a connection or explore a simple everyday action, with adult guidance when needed.
How are Montessori-inspired toys different?
Our selection focuses on activities children can take an active part in—sorting, building, drawing and exploring how things work. The aim is to give them opportunities to make choices, practise skills and try their own ideas. The materials and activities vary by product; check its details to find the right fit for your child.
Can my child play independently?
Child-led play means giving your child room to choose and try. It does not mean leaving them unsupervised. Start by showing a simple activity, then offer help as needed. Follow the product’s age guidance and supervision instructions, especially when small parts or magnets are involved.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $13.00 CAD. Orders of $100.00 CAD or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping and taxes do not count toward the threshold. Available destinations and final charges appear at checkout. See shipping details.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to process orders within 24 hours. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch; processing time is separate. We email tracking details when your order ships. Delays can occur, and items may arrive in separate parcels. Read our delivery information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, including your order number and the change you need. After this window, your order may already be in fulfillment, so changes and cancellations are no longer guaranteed. Contact our team.
What if I need to return an item?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in their original condition and packaging; a $15 USD return-label fee is deducted from an approved refund. For damaged or incorrect items, send photos and your order number so we can review and arrange the appropriate solution; approved damaged or incorrect returns have no return fee.
