Bought this for my new grandson who's four months old. He was able to grasp it and it wasn't to heavy. He like looking at the movement of the tiny pieces inside. I'm sure he will get a lot of use out of it.

My 9-month old baby simply loves this. I think it is because of the sound and sensation of the beads falling down the rattle. It is eye catching. Very lightweight and easy to handle by a baby.

This baby toy is simple yet mesmerizing- it keeps me entertained as an adult. The small beads inside run from end to end when you tip it through a variety of gravity-fed mechanisms. My infant son likes to chew on the soft wood ends, and I know he'll continue to enjoy this for months to come as he develops and becomes interested in more complex toys.
I purchased this as a birthday gift for one year-old set a twins. The parents loved it and the kids loved it as well. It was a hit.
My daughter enjoys the rain-like sound and watching the beads and spinners inside. The toy is just a little heavy and hard so she accidentally knocked herself pretty hard if we didn’t watch carefully. It’s a cool toy though. (Baby was 6 months at time of purchase).

This is a great toy, I only wish it were a little bit longer in length so the experience of watching everything flow through the chamber lasted longer. It's well made and has fun colors and sounds.
My 8 month old daughter loves this toy! She’s interested in toys with interesting sounds and this toy actually peaks her interest enough to want to crawl towards it. She works with physical therapy and we noticed this is the one toy that she’ll gravitate too and even distract her during tummy time.
The wooden sides are sturdy also and my daughter has enjoyed chewing on these when she’s teething.
Bought for my son with disabilities and autism. Thought it would be a good choice because it's solid and would withstand being dropped (which it has). Two big downsides are that it is REALLY shorter than I pictured so the pieces go through quickly and that the pieces go through QUICKLY rather than being slowed down at all by the three mechanisms. Almost returned it for these two reasons but kept it because it is sturdy and may be nice for a really little one someday.
